dc53钢材可以做刀吗？

dc53虽然在韧性上较之D2改进很大，但是这么长应该还是不太适合。它的更佳应用长度应该在40cm以内，热处理时硬度与小直一样可以做到60左右，才算充分发挥它的优势。

要求的这种长形制，硬度应该放在其次考虑，一般有50-55就足够，主要还是要注意其韧性。这类长度的国内制作主要是用便宜的65锰或者T10类碳钢就行，韧性性能足够好，碳钢的锋利度切削性也能弥补硬度下降所带来的弊端。

(1)被切削性，被研磨性良好。 被切削性，被研磨性皆比skd11**，所以加工工具寿命较长，加工工时数较省。

(2)在热处理上之优点 淬火硬化能比SKD11高，所以可改善真空热处理时硬度不足之缺陷。

(3)在线切割加工上之优点 藉高温回火可减轻残留应力及消除残留沃斯田铁，能防止线切割加工产生龟裂、变形之困扰。

(4)在表面硬化处理上之优点 表面硬化处理后表面硬度比SKD11高，因此可提高模具性能。
